Name Change

This was unexpected and last minute, but yeah I changed the name of my blog.

After doing some more domain searches, I discovered another Justified Productions somewhere in the realms of Florida...and I've been thinking about changing it for some time anyway, I just didn't know what I wanted.

I looked at my old Teenage Millionaire notes and pulled out a list of names I was thinking about if I ever had aspirations of starting my own company, and I came across Flipscript. I dug it, but because of my insatiable habit of acting avant-garde in an ever-changing society that deems and monitors what normalcy is, I changed a couple of letters around.

Ok, time to write poetry...and edit those business cards!

10) One week before I went to NYC, my mother allowed me to hack away at our tree with a chain saw. Keep Moving

It's about quarter after midnight and I'm still up and abound doing my projects and other random things. I've always been kind of weird in my sleep but eventually I hope to get it right. I've been blogging on various webspaces, such as Tumblr , Black Writers Connect and I still plan writing a column for Mahogany Butterfly . I just thank God Almighty that whatever was slowing me down is gone and I can concentrate on spiritual peace, writing and my job. I just started reading Embracing the Real World: The Black Woman's Guide to Life After College by Chaz Kyser and oh my goodness, this chick is on point with what she writes. I'm happy the timing was good for me to get this book, with me being a December graduate and all. The chapters in the book are helping me understand what points I'm at in my life, regardless if the events have already happened or have yet to happen. Confessions of an Aspiring Media Mogul 1.1

My summer in New York City is coming to an end. I had quite the experience working at MSLO and Honey Magazine (and fortunate as well). I've been hearing people talk to me about how hard it is getting jobs in the writing field and I was blessed to have two of them. I learned skills in web production and am having one of my stories reviewed for Honey. I plan to continue on with my freelance writing and getting published and whatnot. While I was browsing the books of Borders, I came across Freelancing for Dummies. I read a few chapters and was hooked. On top of that, I'm still trying to get through How to be a Teenage Millionaire. Granted, I'm no longer a young whippersnapper anymore, but the same advice and tips still apply, right?
